Vanderbilt alum Jay Culter, quarterback for the Denver Broncos, generously donated these belts to the Vanderbilt University football team. They are meant to inspire the team to strive for excellence. The team belt is based on the TRB Big Gold. The other classically styled belts are designated LINE, SKILL and COMBO. A similar idea would work great to serve as inspiration for any team based sport such a Nascar, Baseball, Hockey or large corporations. Just use your imagination!
