LESNER WINS, BUT SHOWS NO CLASS

My best friend & I have been gathering to watch the UFC on PPV way before the UFC was cool. We actually began with the first UFC, way back in 1993. We were hooked!

Even in the days of “no holds barred” fighting, the fighters respected one another. Sure you had colorful guys like Tank Abbott and Tito Ortiz stirring the pot a little, but Brock Lesner’s conduct following last night’s fight was simply unacceptable.

After beating down Frank Mir until the referee stopped the contest, Lesner stormed across the octagon and yelled obscenities at his defeated opponent. The crowd roundly booed him and he flipped them off with both hands! That is gratitude for the people that pay his salary!

When interviewed by Joe Rogan, he disrespected Mir, Budweiser and even his own wife. I think it is time Dana White ponies up the dough and brings in Fedor. Let the Last Emperor, teach “the Next Big Thing” some much needed humility!
