This was a huge undertaking. The Pacific Coast Heavyweight Championship was a cast belt made in the 70\’s for the Classy Freddy Blassie. The current owner of the original belt, Chris Kovachis, was kind enough to send me clear pictures and measurements from the original. The problem with duplicating a cast belt is, it is impossible to replicate the depth and the background textures using traditional etching techniques. TRB used an all new technique to add pitting to the background of the belt. We are very pleased with the results! This design can be modified as a tag team belt, a world title or any other idea you may have.
